Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including clinic operations, market conditions, and follow-up quality.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information

Comply with healthcare advertising laws and regulations

Ensure ethical communication with patients

Handle patient data responsibly

OpenRadial is not responsible for misuse of systems or non-compliance by clients.

Payments & Fees

All fees are agreed upon in advance

Setup fees and retainers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

Advertising spend is paid directly by the client and is separate from our fees

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, strategies, and content created by OpenRadial remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not copy, resell, or distribute our proprietary systems without permission.

Limitation of Liability

OpenRadial shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of revenue or business opportunities

Platform bans, ad account suspensions, or third-party service disruptions

Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

Terms are violated

Payments are not made

Activities are unethical or illegal

Clients may also terminate services subject to agreed notice periods.
